What the role is

As an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Partner in Digital Excellence and Products Division, you will manage a team of ICT Associates/ Managers in schools and collaborate with IT Consultants and Project Managers within the division to provide ICT consultancy services and support to schools.

What you will be working on

• Actively engage schools to facilitate the adoption and implementation of suitable ICT systems rolled out by HQ to support teaching and learning practices, as well as provide advice to schools on ICT matters • Support the school management teams in their review and planning of ICT needs and use of related grants including making recommendations for suitable ICT solutions and platforms • Solicit feedback from school users on potential implementation issues before the roll-out of HQ-driven ICT initiatives • Establish clear communications channel and work closely with schools through regular school visits to understand and address their ICT issues and needs, and ensure schools’ compliance to the government ICT infrastructure policies, standards, and procedures • Manage service providers to ensure smooth delivery of ICT services to minimise disruptions to schools' operations.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in ICT service delivery, implementation and management of enterprise level ICT infrastructure • A proactive and innovative individual with strong customer orientation, multi-tasking abilities and facilitation experience • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholders’ engagement skills As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
