As a Senior/ Lead Manager, Publication Management in the Curriculum Planning & Development Division 2, you will be part of a team developing print and digital teaching and learning resources. You will be responsible for managing learning resource projects throughout their entire lifecycle.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Lead end-to-end management of learning resource projects, from pre-project consultation to delivery, including requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, tender preparation, contract administration
• Oversee vendor management and ensure deliverables meet quality standards within project timelines
• Manage project-related queries from stakeholders and maintain timely and effective communication with all parties involved
• Conduct industry research and market intelligence to identify emerging trends and opportunities
• Review and optimise work processes to enhance efficiency and resource quality
What we are looking for
• Strong project management skills
• A team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Possess high level of initiative and ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with government procurement guidelines would be an advantage
