Role Overview
You will play a pivotal role in shaping core educational products that empower personalized education for each student.
We are seeking a Lead/Principal Product Manager to lead the modernization and transformation of the Student Learning Space (SLS). SLS is one of the key learning platforms used by primary, secondary and junior college students. You will establish SLS as a key player in the education technology ecosystem, delivering differentiated learning for each student.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the product vision, strategy for SLS, with buy-in from senior stakeholders.
- Galvanise action from internal (policy, operations, technology) and external (industry partners, vendors) stakeholders to execute the product strategy.
- Lead a team of product managers, designers and software engineers to rapidly discover problems (e.g. user research, user testing), efficiently mitigate risks (e.g. prototypes, POC, POV) and reliably deliver solutions (e.g. frequent uncoupled releases).
- Drive user advocacy by designing a great user experience and executing a robust go-to-market strategy.
- Define and track appropriate metrics to measure success and support product decisions.
- Balance between development of new capabilities, migration of re-usable components, and maintenance of existing tools, while ensuring stakeholder alignment and operational continuity.
- Actively uncover opportunities to leverage AI to enhance the team’s capabilities, teachers’ teaching capabilities, and students’ learning experience.

- 8+ years of product management experience, with proven success driving large-scale transformation of complex digital initiatives (education, or enterprise-level systems preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, to influence senior business leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort in ambiguity, to discern the highest leverage problems to solve in a complex, constantly changing environment.
- Validated leadership ability, to lead product teams to rapidly iterate and solve problems.
- Deep technical capabilities, to work effectively with design and engineering teams.
- Keen product intuition, to identify high-potential opportunities and place strategic bets.
- Strong analytical skills, to synthesize product metrics and user feedback into actionable insights.
