Corporate Finance Revolutionizing Education through Tech for Public Good
We play a pivotal role in shaping Singapore's future, guiding the financial heartbeat of over 350 schools, empowering 33,000 teachers, and nurturing more than half a million students. Imagine the impact of streamlining the vast and currently decentralized financial operations that underpin this monumental effort – from budgeting and procurement to billing and payments, each school independently managing a complex web of activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with MOE’s corporate finance digitalisation priorities.
- Establish, track, and deliver on product OKRs and success metrics to drive adoption, impact, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritise initiatives that maximise value creation and usability for both MOE HQ and schools.
2.Enhance Decision-Making and Financial Integrity through Data and Automation
- Strengthen finance operations by embedding data analytics to support strategic planning, such as budget forecasting and expenditure tracking.
- Redesign financial reporting through a dynamic Chart of Accounts (COA) to enable intuitive, multi-dimensional financial insights.
- Implement machine learning models to proactively flag anomalies and reduce financial risk through early detection of high-risk transactions.
3. Coach and Develop the Corporate Finance Product Team
- Mentor and develop junior product managers and analysts to build internal capabilities and foster a high-performance, user-focused culture.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning across the finance and digital teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or government digital services.

Strong track record of launching, scaling, and evolving impactful digital products.

Experience with agile methodologies and full product lifecycle management.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence skills.

Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design.

Passion for public good and interest in the education sector is a strong plus.
