Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Partner with curriculum specialists to co-develop AI/EdTech initiatives that are pedagogically grounded and learner-centric.
- Translate learning goals into clear product requirements while balancing feasibility, scalability, and resource considerations.
- Develop a standardized evaluation framework to assess initiatives across both pedagogical and technical dimensions.
- Establish clear processes for procurement, development, piloting, and implementation of AI enhanced learning tools.
2. Technology Partnership and Product Management
- Act as the key product liaison between MTLB, DXD, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical experts to align system architecture, AI models, integration, and compliance requirements with educational goals.
- Shape product direction by contributing strategic input and ensuring alignment across technical, pedagogical, and user needs.
- Translate product and curriculum requirements into clear technical specifications to inform procurement and vendor deliverables.
3. Project and Resource Management
- Oversee project execution, including milestone planning, timelines, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
- Manage procurement and contract administration for AI/EdTech initiatives in collaboration with MOE stakeholders.
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery across internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, high quality implementation of AI solutions in schools.
4. Evaluation and Scaling
- Support the planning, execution, and analysis of pilot initiatives.
- Develop robust evaluation frameworks to assess impact and guide decisions on scaling.
- Synthesise feedback into actionable insights that strengthen future deployments.
5. Stakeholder Engagement and Change Leadership
- Facilitate effective communication between curriculum teams, product and technical teams, and external partners.
- Present updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage expectations, align stakeholders, and lead change management efforts to support smooth adoption of new tools.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Education
- Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably involving AI/ML solutions or EdTech platforms.
- Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing digital products at scale.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with designers, engineers, curriculum specialists, and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in education, including ethics, compliance, and data privacy considerations.
- Skilled in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and iterative pilot-to-scale implementation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence skills.
