[What the TAP is]
Our Technology Associate Programme (TAP) is an exclusive three-year talent programme designed for you to build a strong foundation towards becoming a technology leader. You will be groomed and nurtured to build in-depth expertise in the technology, solve nation-wide problems with our technology leaders, a making an impact on the lives of people in Singapore.
Be empowered with the autonomy to define your own career growth in a supportive, friendly and inclusive environment. You will embark on an exciting journey where you will receive career advice from our senior leaders and experienced GovTechies, connect with like-minded technology enthusiasts in your cohort, and get access to exclusive and customised development opportunities throughout the three years.

[Recruitment Timeline]
Due to the volume of applications, we appreciate your understanding on the recruitment timeline listed below.
- Application period: 1 April – 30 April 2026
- Receive Technical assessment: by mid-May 2026
- Attend TAP Assessment Day (in-person): May 2026
- Final round and offer: by July 2026
- Commence work in GovTech: Second half 2026

[What we are looking out for]
- You are a Singapore citizen or Singaporean Permanent Resident
- Possess a university education in Infocomm/Computer Science/Engineering/Data Analytics/UX Design or others but with relevant tech skills
- Will be graduating from university and able to commence work in 2026, or those with less than one year of work experience
- Able to prove your passion for technology
- Know how to think big, have fun, and get stuff done
