GeBIZ X is the MOF product that would transform the procurement and business experience for WOG public officers and external suppliers.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who drives product vision and strategy while leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. This individual will collaborate with agencies, translate user needs into actionable plans, and make data-driven decisions to enhance product performance. The role requires balancing strategic leadership with hands-on product development, ensuring successful delivery while fostering innovation and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across government agencies.

What you will be working on
Strategic Vision and Leadership: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the agency’s overall goals. Lead the product team to achieve this vision.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Market and Customer Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities. Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning.
Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market demand.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, policy, and agency teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product development process.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) or OKRs to measure product success and inform decision-making. Use data-driven insights to make informed adjustments to the product strategy.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Ensure that customer needs and feedback are integrated into product planning and development.
Innovation and Improvement: Drive iterative product enhancement based on user feedback. Monitor developments in government digital services and procurement technology
Lead in development of digital roadmap and introduction of appropriate digital solutions to partner with cross functional business teams, WOG and industry partners to achieve greater business outcomes
Lead in organisation-wide Digital, Design and Data capabilities development, digital innovation and continuous improvement to build a high performing team
Required qualifications, skills and mindset
Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with demonstrated success in launching and scaling complex digital products, particularly in SaaS environments.
Proven track record of leading end-to-end product initiatives from discovery through delivery, with measurable impact on user adoption and business outcomes.
Strategic product thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive product initiatives that align with organisational objectives whilst delivering measurable business outcomes.
Experience with agile methodologies and full product lifecycle management, particularly in complex enterprise software environments, with proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams, translating user needs into strategic product decisions that balance business goals with user outcomes through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
