We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and lead high‑impact, data‑centric products that support Whole‑of‑Government policy, operational and decision‑making outcomes.
The role carries end‑to‑end accountability for product vision, prioritisation and outcomes, working with senior stakeholders across agencies to ensure products deliver sustained value at scale.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end success of strategic products where data is a primary value driver, such as enterprise data platforms, authoritative datasets and shared analytics products. You will shape the product vision and roadmap, lead problem discovery to ensure the right problems are being solved, and guide delivery through multi‑disciplinary teams.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across agencies to balance policy intent, operational needs, user outcomes, governance requirements and delivery constraints.
This is a Senior Product Manager role, not a separate data‑specialist position, and requires strong product leadership complemented by sufficient data literacy to operate effectively in complex, cross‑agency environments.
