You will oversee a diverse ecosystem of products that have redefined the Singaporean digital experience, examples include:

Technical Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
- Seniority: Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth roles.
- Seasoned Marketer: Have a demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing or product marketing strategies. Prior work and personal projects count for much more than specific degrees.
- SaaS Expertise: Minimum 2 years in Enterprise SaaS. You must demonstrate experience managing complex B2B or B2B2C product lifecycles, API-led ecosystems, and platform adoption.
- People Management: Proven experience working in teams and influencing across multi-levels of stakeholders. Having managed a small team or reports will be a plus.
Technical Skills
- Go-to-market Fluency: Expert-level knowledge of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and a proven track record of executing on plans proficiently and managing budgets efficiently. An ability to work and influence across different product teams to scale adoption and grow users, plus improve retention rates of GovTech products.
- Some key activities include:
- Drive user adoption and acquisition by identifying the product discovery channels and user touch points.
- Being an expert on our users, who they are, how they behave and their key criteria for taking action.
- Manage and execute product marketing campaigns
- Analyzing product funnels and engagement data to identify friction points and directing the team on intervention strategies.
- Managing a team of PMMs, providing technical guidance on lifecycle marketing and stakeholder management.
- Data & Analytics: Have exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is, or isn’t, working. You must be able to perform independent data deep-dives to validate marketing decisions and create feedback loops. A proficiency in a GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is ideal.
- The SaaS "Lens": You bring a "Product-Led Growth" mindset. You view B2B2C and B2B products like GovWallet or BookingSG through the lens of user friction, activation, and retention while managing them as an integrated ecosystem rather than a collection of features.
- Narrative Excellence: You are a world-class writer and presenter. You can take a 50-slide technical deck and distill it into a 3-slide "Vision Pitch" that inspires action, as well as crafting a message that resonates with every end user.
- Stakeholder Diplomacy: The ability to navigate the "Gov" in GovTech. You can translate complex technical roadmaps into value-based narratives for non-technical policy makers and technical product team members alike.
