GovTech is seeking a (Senior Manager/Manager for Internal Communications) to join the Organisation Excellence team and help us maintain a strong, cohesive, and engaged workforce.
[What you will be working on]
- Developing and executing internal communications strategies that keep employees informed of and engaged with GovTech’s strategies and goals.
- Supporting organisation development and change management with coherent communications plans and consistent messaging across platforms and audiences.
- Creating communications assets, including speeches, talking points, emailers, intranet content, and videos to support events, campaigns, presentations, and other initiatives.
- Working closely with key stakeholders, including senior management, to align internal communications with the organisation’s goals and values.
- Leveraging various channels and technology to bring key messages to stratified audiences, and measuring message effectiveness through data and analytics.
- Developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications.
[What we are looking for]
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- At least 5 years of experience in internal communications, strategic communications, corporate communications and/or marketing communications. Prior experience in these areas for the public sector will be considered favourably.
- Ability to run analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to derive data-driven recommendations for communications and change strategies.
- Proven ability to think, plan, and execute multiple projects simultaneously in an organised fashion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience providing communications guidance to executive leaders and devising communications strategies.
- Ability to work and maintain good judgment in fluid and high-stress environments.
