[What you will be working on]
GovTech is seeking a motivated Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of a critical government platforms. This role involves defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver impactful digital services to citizens.
As a Product Manager, you will hold significant ownership over your product domain, driving it from concept to reality while aligning with the broader programme goals. Your core responsibilities include:

Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with GovTech's strategic objectives and citizen needs.

Conduct thorough user research, market analysis, and competitive landscape assessment to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment, managing the product backlog effectively.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at various levels.

Monitor product performance using key metrics, analyze data, and iterate on features to continuously improve the user experience and achieve desired outcomes.

Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships with government agencies and external partners.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to identify innovative solutions
[What we are looking for]

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within a government or public sector context.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development frameworks.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.

Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data-driven product development.

Familiarity with government digital services and the Singapore public service landscape is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
