[What you will be working on]
The Platform Programme (Social) division builds digital platforms that enable public agencies to accelerate transformation and deliver better services to citizens. Our portfolio includes products such as GoWhere, CrowdTask and BookingSG, which simplify agencies’ digital service management and enhance public digital experiences.
We are seeking an experienced leader to serve as Deputy Director, Programme Management for GatherSG, to lead the vision, scaling and delivery of Customer Relationship and Case Management (CRMS) capabilities for public service.
As the overall leader of GatherSG, you will be responsible for a 90+ member product, engineering and design team responsible for building and scaling composable CRMS solutions.
To date, GatherSG has delivered more than 17 CRMS implementations across Social Service, Public Service, and Elderly & Assisted Living domains. You will drive the next phase of platform evolution — strengthening reusable capabilities, enabling Whole-of-Government (WOG) adoption, and delivering measurable public service outcomes.
You will:

Develop the vision, strategy, technology roadmap for GatherSG

Set business and delivery priorities to best meet evolving CRMS needs across public service and to ensure GatherSG continues to be a scalable, reusable CRMS platform that enables transformation at speed and scale

Drive continuous incubation and development of reusable CRMS platform components, tools and products to maximise GovTech’s abilities to meet CRMS demands across public service

Lead organisational design, resourcing strategy and capability development for a 90+ member multidisciplinary team, establishing scalable operating models to support sustained growth and platform maturity

Oversee the delivery of agency- and domain-specific CRMS implementations in partnership with agencies and GovTech teams
[What we are looking for]

Has at least 5 - 10 years’ experience in a technology organisation, with demonstrated experience leading and scaling multidisciplinary teams.

Has at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a technology practitioner (e.g. engineer, designer, delivery/product manager), and possess a strong foundation and intuition for end-to-end systems implementation

Demonstrates the ability to think strategically while executing operationally — applying systems thinking to translate vision into structured, actionable plans

Possesses strong stakeholder management capabilities, with experience engaging senior leaders across agencies or large organisations.

Exhibits a strong bias for action, ownership mindset and commitment to continuous learning in both technology and organisational leadership

Experience and familiarity with public service (e.g. resourcing, administration, systems related governance and processes) is advantageous.
