What the role is?
You will be working with a team on initiatives that are aligned with MOH’s efforts in containing escalating healthcare costs and keeping insurance premiums sustainable.
You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What you will be working on?
You will:
- Review and develop fee benchmarks for a range of healthcare treatments to promote fair charging practices and transparency in the private healthcare sector;
- Work on other initiatives relating to private healthcare charges and healthcare insurance dispute resolution; and
- Work on initiatives to resolve cross-cutting issues related to health insurance under the Multilateral Healthcare Insurance Committee.

- Degree in any discipline; background in economics or life/biomedical/health sciences would be an advantage.
- Prior experience in healthcare sector, insurance sector or a policy-related role is an advantage. Prior experience in work involving system thinking and/or designing policies that factor in strategic communications considerations upfront
- Good quantitative skills and data literacy, with knowledge of Excel; Experience with Stata or Tableau is an advantage.
