What the role is

You conceptualise and execute communication and engagement plans for manpower policies while supporting change management efforts and driving internal communication for the Division.

What you will be working on

- Formulate communication and engagement strategies - Develop communication products such as leadership messages, infographics, intranet webpages, FAQs - Conduct engagement sessions and analyse employee feedback for better understanding of employees’ sentiments toward manpower issues - Develop change management plans for key manpower initiatives to gain buy-in from employees and support them in making necessary personal transitions arising from organisational change - Manage division's corporate communication - Build sustained engagement culture - Organise division level townhalls - Engage with foreign manpower counterparts to share and learn from best practices - Support senior management engagement with ground units - Manage manpower-related policy documents Challenge(s) - Ensuring complex policies are easily understood - Managing change across diverse stakeholder groups - Balancing multiple communication priorities

What we are looking for

- At least 2 years of experience in Communications or Human Resource Management is preferred - Strong analytical abilities - Excellent problem-solving skills - Superior writing capabilities - Strong negotiation skills - Independent working ability - Stakeholder collaboration expertise - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or other graphic design software, video editing tools (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
