You are part of a team that develops and enhances the Strategic Communications (SC) capabilities in MINDEF/SAF. You support the identification of operational concepts and desired capabilities for Strategic Communications (SC), drive the implementation of these capabilities and manage related projects.

You also establish response plans to anticipated scenarios with significant SC impact. Your challenges lies in identifying and incorporating new initiatives to ensure that MINDEF/SAF stays at the leading edge of the information curve, as well as in building and maintaining a network with the SC community to ensure holistic, consistent and sustainable development and growth.

You must a tertiary qualification, preferably in Social Sciences or Mass Communication, with electives in Organisation and/or Business development. Possession of good verbal, writing and analytical skills is essential. You must be capable of handling multiple projects independently and enjoy working on a varied portfolio. You should also be self-motivated and a good team player; able to get along well with both internal and external partners from all industries. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
