You are part of a team that develops and enhances the Strategic Communications (SC) capabilities in MINDEF/SAF.

- Support the identification of operational concepts and desired capabilities for Strategic Communications (SC) - Drive implementation of SC capabilities and manage SC-related projects - Establish response plans for anticipated scenarios with significant SC impact Challenge(s) - Identifying and incorporating new initiatives to ensure that MINDEF/SAF stays at the leading edge of the information curve - Building and maintaining a diverse network within the SC community - Ensuring holistic, consistent, and sustainable development of SC capabilities

- Education in Social Sciences or Mass Communication, with electives in Organisation and/or Business development - Good verbal, writing and analytical skills - Capability to handle multiple projects independently - Ability to work on a varied portfolio - Self-motivated and Team player mentality - Ability to work well with internal and external partners from all industries (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
