- Manage applied psychological research projects - Provide professional support to improve organisational readiness and effectiveness - Plan and manage research projects - Supervise junior staff on assigned projects (potential leadership role) - Facilitate organisational improvements through psychological insights - Conduct and analyse psychological research relevant to the organisation Challenge(s) - Staying current with latest developments in applied psychology

- Education in Psychology - Aptitude for applied psychological research - Good interpersonal skills - Understanding of organisational psychology principles - Research design and methodology skills - Membership in the Singapore Psychological Society is preferred (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
