You are responsible for the development of procurement strategies and policies to ensure that MINDEF/SAF procurement has transparency, competition and good value for money.

- Develop procurement strategies and create policy frameworks - Evaluate system performance - Identify process gaps - Propose efficiency solutions - Scan the horizon for best procurement practices and initiatives - Implement improvements Challenge(s) - Coordinating diverse stakeholders - Managing change implementation
