What you will be working on
- Developing recruitment and selection strategies
- Implementing policies in accordance with fair employment practices
- Managing the recruitment process ranging from branding, outreach, attraction assessment, to onboarding
What we are looking for
- Degree in any discipline or equivalent competencies will be preferred
- Analytical reasoning, data synthesis and analysis
- Applicants with no experience may apply
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, meticulous with good planning ability
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A flair with numbers and knowledge with data analytics would be a bonus
