What you will be working on
- Develop and implement disciplinary policies
- Maintain oversight of management of Court Martial Centre supporting proceedings of Subordinate Military Court and Military Court of Appeal
- Conduct analysis and strategy development for disciplinary system
- Manage diverse stakeholders and communication requirements
- Shape behaviour through policies whilr balancing compliance costs and administrative overheads of running the system
- Work on projects to transform disciplinary system using technology
Challenge(s)
- Providing meticulous oversight over complex military court matters
What we are looking for
- Ability to work independently and meticulously
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to support policy development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Interest in policy development and legal/disciplinary frameworks
- Experience with technology transformation projects is advantageous
