You develop MINDEF/SAF's Strategic Communications (SC) policy, strategies, and plans to safeguard public commitment to defence, build trust, and maintain support for National Service (NS).

- Education in Mass Communication or Social Sciences related fields - Prior experience in policy or communications related role is advantageous - Strong interest in communications - Keen appreciation of changing global and local information environments - Understanding of emerging social trends and public sentiments - Analytical thinking skills - Strong interpersonal abilities - Excellent presentation skills - Good command of spoken and written English (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
