You study Singaporeans' sense of national identity, rootedness to the country, and commitment to defence, to make data-driven recommendations for National Education and Total Defence policies.

- Analyse data from various sources to understand perceptions, attitudes, beliefs, and values of different population segments on National Education and Total Defence-related issues - Study public responses to local and global developments - Work with government agencies to design and conduct research studies -Develop frameworks and models to shape and improve Whole-of-Government policies and engagement efforts Challenge(s): - Making sense of a large amount of seemingly disparate information from diverse sources to generate useful insights for policy-making

- Education in communication studies or social sciences - At least 2 years of relevant work experience in psychology, data analytics, or communications role is preferred - Familiarity with data analysis methods and software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
