You formulate and govern strategic policies on land and infrastructure for Singapore's defence needs.

- Develop strategies to safeguard MINDEF/SAF's operational, security and training requirements for land - Drive and oversee infrastructure governance frameworks - Analyse complex policy issues and provide strategic recommendations - Drive policy implementation Challenge(s) - Understanding complex policy issues - Providing sound analysis and recommendations to senior management - Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- At least 2 years of work experience - Knowledge in policy making, strategic planning, governance, engineering and/or project management - Proficiency with data analytics and visualisation tools - Strong critical thinking abilities - Strategic planning skills - Strong communication (both written and spoken) skills - Presentation skills Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
