What the role is
What you will be working on
- Perform operations task-training analysis with the respective DIS entities
- Enhance the DIS's training methodologies
- Design, develop, and implement a Learning Management System for the DIS
Challenge(s)
- Understanding diverse operational needs of different DIS vocations
- Developing comprehensive training roadmaps and curricula
- Working with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements
- Completing deliverables within tight timelines
- Working independently on complex curriculum development tasks
- Staying abreast of evolving training and learning pedagogies
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in the curriculum development domain is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
