What the role is

You design and develop curriculum for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS)-level training courses in accordance to DIS’ Training Roadmap.

What you will be working on

On this, you work with the respective DIS entities to perform operations task-training analysis to enhance DIS’s training methodologies. You also design, develop and implement a Learning Management System for the DIS. Your challenge lies in the need to understand the operational needs of different DIS vocations in order to develop the requisite training roadmap and curriculum to support their professional development. You also need to work with multiple stakeholders and complete deliverables within a tight timeline. In addition, you need to be able to work independently and stay abreast of the latest training and learning pedagogies.

What we are looking for

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 3 years' experience in the curriculum development domain. Being proficient in MS Office, and the possession of strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
