What the role is
What you will be working on
- Formulate cybersecurity policies and strategies
- Develop governance and regulatory frameworks
- Uplift cybersecurity across MINDEF/SAF defence sectors
- Liaise with various Singapore government agencies, such as Cyber Security Agency of Singapore, Smart Nation and Government Office and Government Technology Agency
Challenge(s)
- Coordinating with multiple agencies for consistent policy formulation
- Aligning MINDEF/SAF cybersecurity strategies with national-level requirements
- Harmonising diverse cybersecurity needs across different defence sectors
What we are looking for
- Education in Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity related field
- Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Information System Manager (CISM) or relevant GIAC certification is preferred
- At least 2 years of work experience in cybersecurity roles
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
