The jobholder will be part of the team to oversee and maintain the division’s case management system by driving and implementing enhancements, manage and track incidents. The jobholder will also be required to have oversight of departments ops tech initiatives and to steer the division in strengthening its ops tech capabilities that are aligned with MOM’s strategic outcomes.

• Manage system enhancements by prioritizing and planning the Service Request (SR) • Work with business users on continuous process improvements, mapping of requirements, close requirements gap and reviewing of SR specifications to ensure completeness of scope and the requirements fulfil department’s needs • Represent business users and work with vendor to ensure SR are on track and deliverables are aligned with the requirements and organisational goals • Oversee User Acceptance Test (UAT) and manage ad-hoc scope creep during the testing phase • Oversee system maintenance to ensure operational readiness of the system through managing of incidents and review of proposed solutions to ensure they are sound and meet business objectives • Research into exploitable ops tech innovation and partner with department representatives to integrate and implement ops tech solutions to improve business processes • Coordinate ops tech efforts across departments and putting up recommendations to enhance operational efficiency • Recommend training and courses to deepen division’s ops tech literacy

• At least 3 years working experience, in managing systems enhancements and ops tech related work is preferred • Strong analytical and project management skills • Possess a curious mind in the area of new technologies and trends • Team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently • Possesses good organizational skills • Adaptable and able to multi-task • Highly driven, goal-oriented and able to operate under tight deadlines *PWDs are welcome to apply
