You will be part of a team that oversees service delivery digitalisation to transform service delivery in MINDEF/SAF.

- Perform service delivery data analytics to derive insights from diverse data sets to transform MINDEF/SAF service delivery - Apply data-driven approaches to management reporting through digital tools - Develop and maintain dashboards and digital systems that collect, clean and analyse service delivery data - Review and enforce governance of service delivery domain data quality Challenge(s) - Transforming complex service delivery processes through digitalisation

- Education in Data Science or a related field - At least 3 years of work experience in an Information Technology (IT) or digital-related role is preferred - Keen interest in digital technology - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Experience in project management is advantageous - Skills in data visualisation/mining/modelling is advantageous (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
