You are responsible for overseeing talents on top-tier MINDEF/SAF undergraduate sponsorships and supporting senior officers in postgraduate studies or short courses.

- Manage undergraduate scholarships including Singapore Armed Forces Scholarship (SAFS), Singapore Armed Forces Merit Scholarship (SMS), Singapore Armed Forces Engineering Scholarship (SES), and Defence Merit Scholarship (DMS) - Assess academic requests and arrange vacation attachments/internships - Organise engagement events with senior management - Support senior officers in postgraduate studies and short courses - Develop strategies for meaningful talent engagement Challenge(s) - Aligning scholarship terms with the Public Service Commission while maintaining internal parity - Adapting policies to evolving educational landscapes - Developing strategies for meaningful talent engagement through management sessions and coordinated internships

- Relevant experience in Human Resources is preferred - Proactive and has a passion for engaging with youths - Excellent communication, planning, organisational and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under tight timelines and potentially odd hours/weekends (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
