- Facilitate and coordinate visits by foreign and local dignitaries - Manage preparation of graduation ceremonies and parades - Liaise with various stakeholders for event planning and execution Challenge(s) - Ensuring flawless execution of every visit and ceremony - Maintaining high levels of vigilance in coordinating all visits

- Education in Hospitality, Events Management, Business Management or Marketing - At least 3 years of work experience in organising events - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
