You are responsible for the assessment of the training requirements of the Digital Defence Command (DDC) and development of appropriate training roadmaps and masterplans for personnel in the Command.

What the role is
What you will be working on
- Assess DDC training requirements
- Operationalise and monitor training schedules to ensure that the personnel receive up-to-date and relevant training, in order to effectively execute their tasks
- Develop and fine-tune training courses and modules
- Work with external vendors and in-service training entities
- Identify and consolidate training courses, seek approvals, as well as monitor the submission of post-course/seminars reports to various fora

- Exercising initiative and resourcefulness in order to be responsive to the requirements of the curriculum
What we are looking for
- Education in Training, Education, Media or Communications
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in training and/or media field
- Certifications in education or training is advantageous
- Adept in developing robust training frameworks and ability to recommend relevant training/courses
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Self-motivated, disciplined and determined
