You assess the training requirements of the Digital Defence Command (DDC) and develop appropriate training roadmaps and masterplans for personnel under the Command.

- Operationalise and monitor training schedules to ensure personnel receive up-to-date and relevant training - Work with external and in-service training entities to develop and fine-tune courses - Identify and consolidate training courses - Secure training billets and approvals - Monitor submission of post-course/seminars reports - Liaise with external vendors and in-service entities on required courses Challenge(s) - Exercising initiative and resourcefulness to meet curriculum requirements - Adept in developing robust training frameworks and recommending relevant training/courses

- Education in Training, Education, Business Administration or Human Resources Experience: - At least 6 years of relevant work experience in training and/or HR field - Good interpersonal skills - Strong time management abilities - Certifications in education or training is advantageous Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
