You manage the performance, posting plans, and recruitment for servicemen in the unit, with a focus on planning career progression for C4X Cyber and Digital Specialists within the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).

- Manage performance, posting plans, and recruitment for unit servicemen - Partner with the DIS departments and commands to develop route of advancement courses - Organise professional development opportunities, postings, secondments, and attachments for C4Xs - Ensure training requirements for C4Xs meet the DIS' operational needs - Manage different sub-tracks for C4Xs Challenge(s) - Developing in-depth understanding of manpower policies and processes for various C4X sub-tracks - Keeping abreast of latest developments in the fast-changing cyber realm - Aligning training requirements with evolving operational needs

- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource (HR) or related field is preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Self-driven, resourceful and results-oriented (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
