What the role is
What you will be working on
You design and map out the Enlistment Workplan to ensure that NS-liable persons are timely assigned and enlisted to the respective Uniformed Services in accordance to enlistment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You also review work processes in accordance with changes in NS policies, and propose enhancements to the IT system to improve overall efficiency and service provided to customers. Your challenges lie in having a comprehensive understanding of the Enlistment Act, relevant policies, as well as being objective and professional when dealing with assignment cases, and balancing between providing quality service and executing mandatory NS policies.
What we are looking for
You must have a tertiary qualification. Possession of good decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
