What the role is
What you will be working on
- Design and map out the Enlistment Workplan in accordance with enlistment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Review work processes in line with changes in NS policies
- Propose enhancements to the IT system to improve efficiency and customer service
- Handle assignment cases with objectivity and professionalism
Challenge(s)
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Enlistment Act and relevant policies
- Balancing between providing quality service and executing mandatory NS policies
