The Assurance, Care and Engagement Group (ACE), a permanent division under the Ministry of Manpower, improves the well-being of migrant workers by enhancing the healthcare, housing and social aspects of the migrant worker landscape.
As a Senior Manager/Manager in the Plans team, you will have opportunities to work on the strategic narrative and key operational policies to manage the well-being issues of migrant workers. We are looking for individuals who are keen to understand the complex needs and motivations of our diverse stakeholders, and work across agencies, both internal and external, to solve problems. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to refine and implement the proposals to improve the well-being of our migrant workers.

What you will be working on
Operations Policy and Development
• Formulate operations policy and plans in the areas of housing and/or social resilience to improve the well-being of migrant workers
• Key projects for housing resilience include reviewing and developing the onboarding programme, quarantine and recovery facilities and the implementation of the expansion of the Foreign Employees Dormitories Act
• Key projects for social resilience include the review and development of the Recreation Centres (RC) landscape to provide more accessible and attractive recreation options to migrant workers
• Coordinate plans and policies across ACE group
• Coordinate and host visits by stakeholders to profile the work of ACE Group

• Tertiary qualifications in any field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently, as well as in collaboration with others
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work under tight timeline and work on several assignments at the same time
