What the role is

You are responsible for the recruitment for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). You will plan and execute comprehensive recruitment activities to attract and select high-calibre candidates for RSAF's critical aviation vocations.

What you will be working on

- Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment activities - Shortlist and schedule candidates for Computerised Pilot Aptitude Screening System (COMPASS) tests and Aeromedical Assessments - Manage and schedule Interview Boards for Pilot, Weapon Systems Officer (Fighter) and Navigator positions - Participate in SAF and external recruitment events Challenge(s) - Managing complex recruitment pipelines with multiple assessment stages and strict timelines for critical aviation roles

What we are looking for

- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field - At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources operations is advantageous - Systematic, organised and self-motivated - Strong attention to detail with a service-oriented mindset - Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities - Creative and innovative thinker - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities - Outgoing personality with ability to relate well to the youth population (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
