You are responsible for the recruitment for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). You will plan and execute comprehensive recruitment activities to attract and select high-calibre candidates for RSAF's critical aviation vocations.

What you will be working on
- Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment activities
- Shortlist and schedule candidates for Computerised Pilot Aptitude Screening System (COMPASS) tests and Aeromedical Assessments
- Manage and schedule Interview Boards for Pilot, Weapon Systems Officer (Fighter) and Navigator positions
- Participate in SAF and external recruitment events
Challenge(s)
- Managing complex recruitment pipelines with multiple assessment stages and strict timelines for critical aviation roles
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources operations is advantageous
- Systematic, organised and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail with a service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Outgoing personality with ability to relate well to the youth population
