What the role is
What you will be working on
On this, you need to consolidate and curate information for sharing with the target audience during recruitment events. You must also be well versed with industry HR policies relating to recruitment and be able to manage applicant's expectations and concerns. In addition, you conduct contract and sponsorship agreement signing briefings. Your challenges lie in being adaptable in a dynamic environment and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand landscape of potential candidates.
What we are looking for
You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with prior work experience in communications or marketing related fields. Possession of strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
