You work closely with training centres within the institute and external agencies to develop, collect, analyse and interpret data for trainees and trainers.

You also propose training plans based on the collected information. Your challenge lies in dealing with multiple entities while understanding military training curriculum and Singapore Combat Engineers' training and specialisations.

You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 6 years' relevant experience in training development and data analysis. You should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong analytical and planning abilities. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
