You work with training centres and external agencies to develop, collect, analyse, and interpret data for trainees and trainers.

- Propose training plans based on collected information - Collaborate with training centres within the institute and external agencies Challenge(s) - Dealing with multiple entities while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of military training curriculum - Understanding Singapore Combat Engineers' training and specialisations
