What the role is
What you will be working on
• Advise SID on its legal rights, liabilities and risk on various issues relevant to SID (including HR and contracts)
• Advise on relevant comparative law
• Advise on internal policies and practices
• Conduct legal research and analysis

What we are looking for
• At least three years of post-qualification experience in private legal practice, or as in-house counsel, or in the Singapore Public Service required
• Degree in law and qualifications to practice law in Singapore or any other country required
• Experience in comparative, corporate/commercial, administrative or international law
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Meticulous with legal accuracy and thoroughness in professional work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated team player, as well as independent self-starter
