What the role is
What you will be working on
• Direct and implement engagement strategies to meet SID’s needs
• Analyse and report on geopolitical developments concerning Singapore’s strategic interests
• Foster and maintain close networks with SID’s partners
• Work closely in a team and with external partners
If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to:
• Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team
• Design and implement new workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind
• Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas
• Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential
