The job holder is responsible for processing levy-related transactions and appeals effectively and efficiently, resolving escalated customer enquiries in a timely manner, reviewing existing levy administration processes and SOPs; and performing system enhancement testing.

What you will be working on
• To process levy related transactions/cases according to approved criteria/guidelines
• To handle and resolve escalated customer enquiries within service standards
• To review existing levy administration processes and SOPs
• To participate in and perform system enhancement testing
What we are looking for
• Possess good customer service and communication (written and spoken) skills
• Possess good analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Be a good team player with a customer-focused mindset
• Be proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations and handling multiple portfolios/tasks
• Be able to handle difficult customers, work independently, adapt to fast and complex changes; and handle multiple tasks/portfolios
