As a Manager/Senior Manager, you play an important role in the review and communication of operational policies and processes to effectively implement workplace policies, such as the expanded Progressive Wage Model to increase wages of workers through upgrading skills and improving productivity.
You will also be exposed to Singapore’s unique tripartism landscape and gain a deeper understanding of the inner workings of tripartism.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Analyse emerging trends and statistical data to identify critical and priority areas and work with the operations team to develop/review work processes to tackle errant employment practices, such as non-compliance with the Progressive Wage Model.
• Work closely with tripartite partners to devise strategies, plan and execute events to promote tripartism.
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders (including tripartite partners) to review and communicate employment policies, tripartite guidelines/advisories to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
• Provide policy guidance to operations teams, and provide operational support to policy teams
• Manage public communications within MOM’s service standards, e.g. media queries, parliamentary questions, questions from members of the public.
