You work in the Investment Office (The SAVER-Premium Fund Department), responsible for investing and managing the retirement fund of SAF servicemen, focusing on fixed income and external fund management.

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative fixed income investment strategy research - Monitor fixed income markets and contribute to strategic and tactical asset allocation ideas - Analyse and advise the Board and MINDEF senior management on Fund assets' performance and investment - Provide research to help formulate internal investment strategies - Research, assess, and propose external fund managers (fixed income) - Review existing fund managers - Participate in investment operation processes and ad-hoc projects Challenge(s) - Maintaining a good understanding of the global economy and investment landscape

- Education in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or Business - CFA, MBA, or other advanced qualifications is highly preferred - At least 6 years of work experience in investment management industry is preferred - Ability to engage senior level management - Good written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills - Strong understanding of financial and investment products Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
