What the role is
What you will be working on
- Design and maintain the SAF's organisational excellence framework
- Collaborate with personnel from SAF training institutes on data collection, analysis, and report preparation
- Monitor training institutes' implementation of the organisational excellence framework
- Research and update the framework periodically to ensure relevance
Challenge(s)
- Developing valid and reliable measurements for the sub-components of the organisational excellence framework that accurately reflect the status of Training Institutes
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of working experience is preferred
- Good communication and writing skills
- Competence in engaging military and civilian partners/stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of statistics and data visualisation tools
