You support the operational readiness of all Military Medicine Institute (MMI) entities for their daily operations. You also monitor and manage incidents in MMI and its sub-units.

In addition, you maintain real-time situational awareness of medical support demands and manpower/logistical resources across all MMI medical centres, and ensure that MMI is adequately resourced to support its diverse medical operations.

You must a tertiary qualification, preferably with relevant experience in managing operations in a medical setting. Possession of strong communication skills, expertise in resource allocation, and proficiency in incident management is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
