You support the operational readiness of all Military Medicine Institute (MMI) entities for their daily operations.

- Monitor and manage incidents in MMI and its sub-units - Maintain real-time situational awareness of medical support demands - Monitor manpower and logistical resources across all MMI medical centres - Ensure MMI is adequately resourced to support its diverse medical operations Challenge(s) - Balancing diverse medical operations with available resources

- Relevant experience in managing operations in a medical setting is preferred - Strong communication skills - Expertise in resource allocation - Proficiency in incident management (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
