What the role is

You are responsible for shaping the future of Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF)’s workforce from a Human Resource (HR) perspective, developing policies, and refining processes that drive sustainable growth and progress through effective HR strategies.

What you will be working on

- Formulate and review HR policies to address workforce needs - Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and evaluate HR policies and process initiatives - Refine HR manpower processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Challenge(s) - keeping abreast of emerging HR developments and best practices - Translating complex data into actionable policy recommendations - Adapting to transformations in HR policy and process design - Demonstrating empathy when handling difficult conversations

What we are looking for

- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR management is preferred - Adaptability to changing HR landscapes - Proficiency in policy writing - Excellent communication skills - Strong stakeholder management abilities (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
