What you will be working on
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure delivery of mission outcomes
• Develop plans and strategies to deliver mission outcomes
• Conduct research and analysis on geopolitical developments to identify, evaluate and recommend operational opportunities
• Gather and review performance metrics related to operational outcomes, identify factors for success or failure and recommend improvements
• Conduct risk assessment and management to achieve operational outcomes in a safe and sustainable manner
If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to:
• Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team
• Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind
• Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas
• Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential
